Is It Possible To Set A Inbound Route Congestion Message?

Hello Everyone,

I’m having difficulty finding an answer to my question so thought I would ask the community. Is it possible to set an inbound route congestion message? I see the Route Congestion Messages feature in the Web UI but that appears to only be for outbound routes. I understand I could add another SIP Trunk but we seldom max out our current channels. As it does occassionally happen I don’t want a potential client to think our number has been disconnected and we are closed for business. My setup is: FreePBX with Asterisk Ver. Any help is always appreciated!
