let’s say the first call comes in, but then a second later another one comes. the q will only show the first one, waiting for it to be answered/hangup/moved on, and only then will show the second one. is it possible that the q will push both of them to all agents somehow?
You can do this for some ring strategies if you have autofill enabled.
