iPhone Constantly Registering SangomaConnect

Hello!
I took advantage of the two free user package for SangomaConnect. I cannot get my iPhone app to register. I have checked and double checked the whitelist and port assignments. The SIP log states it can’t register, because it is registered, but then it goes back to “registering.” All services are running on my FreePBX server. I am using a UniFi router. This seems to be a common problem - what have you done to make it work?
