IP address caller ID?

Is there a module or solution to be able to blacklist by IP address? We are finding that most nuisance calls have spoofed caller id.

We’re finding that most of our nuisance callers give up once you threaten to send to an IVR. If they feel compelled to hang tough, they will normally then select “0” for the operator, which we then send to a nuisance call script.
