Invalid redirection to mobile

I have set a line redirect to my mobile (* 72). The function stopped working after an upgrade. In addition, FollowMe also stopped working. You have some experience with this malfunction. Thank you P.B

Can you show us the logs arounf a failed transfer?

https://wiki.freepbx.org/display/SUP/Providing+Great+Debug#ProvidingGreatDebug-AsteriskLogs

Thank you and the records will send a colleague to the forum tomorrow on Wednesday.

I attach a log from FreePBX to see that the PBX uses an internal numbering plan instead of an external plan.
Thank you for your consultation. You know how to attach a log file.

There’s more to the call than what you’ve provided.

yes i have all the log errors but i do not know how to upload it to the forum …

Don’t upload here, upload to pastebin and link here.

Thanks for advice…

That shows FollowMe dialing the numbers in your followme list.

This is the system not calling 603603603 because you don’t have any valid patterns for it. So far FollowMe seems to be working just fine.

Please and where do I have valid patterns for making my cellphone call?

Your outbound routes will define all of the valid patterns for phone calls.

I checked and route for this call is defined, and of course always been. Tried to give this one highest priority and then to make it separate just for this extension, but both to no avail. Also if it’s outgoing call, and not forwarded via FollowMe, all works fine. By the way FollowMe to External nr. worked normally previously, don’t remember exactly when it stopped, it could be about half year ago - and apart from updates, there wasn’t any change in our outbound routing.

Can you pinpoint me what is the exact cause of Local Trunk appearance instead of External from provided call log?

Our technician even tried to downgrade FollowMe and Core modules, but no change.

Where 600600600 is external number set in FollowMe and TrunkX is trunk set up in Outbound Routing.
