im trying to call AUSTRALIA by using 006112345678910 (0061 + 10 digits) but i always get trunk congestion message. local (UK) calls work fine.
my outbound route has X.
any help is most appreciated

forgot to add that i only have 1 trunk which is sipgate.co.uk. when i look on sipgate i can see that the call was never passed to sipgate, it stops on my asterisk box.
anybody know where im going wrong ?
Not sure with sipgate but I would try 6112345678910 (leave off the “00”) In my experience most providers only require the country code be sent.
