Internal users dialing conference on DDI number

Hi,

Hopefully this is a simple one.

Our internal users keep dialing into our local conferences using the external DDI numbers, thereby clogging up 2 trunk channels each unnecessarily. Is it possible to implement a rule so that if users dial the external numbers they are redirected to the local conference extension?
