I am using blueface as my VOIP provider and have asterisk setup where all calls route through to asterisk. I can make calls out and receive calls and can dial other blueface extension numbers on my package and they go through ok. However when someone in my office wants to call my extension number the phone goes striaght to my voice mail and I am wondering why that is happening. Would appreciate any advice on this issue.
Could be lots of things. What kind of phone are you using and have you looked at the digitmap (Polycom config). Or it could be that you have enabled DND on the phone or the extension. Have you looked at the logs (/var/log/asterisk/full) to see what is happening?
