Internal calls not working from an analog extension, but can be made to this extension

Hi

I am using an FXS converter with an analog phone plugged in.

FXS extension: 3939
SIP extension: 5675

The extension is reachable when dialing from another SIP extension, however when I try to dial the other way to the SIP extension from the FXS extension, I am getting the below error:

[2019-07-16 08:54:42] NOTICE[14516]: res_pjsip/pjsip_distributor.c:649 log_failed_request: Request ‘INVITE’ from ‘“FXS7” sip:[email protected]’ failed for ‘10.194.240.252:5060’ (callid: 00F0-057C-F9579575-00000063@63B45B4C6F42267C1) - No matching endpoint found

Please can someone advise me?

It seems your FXS is trying to call 0107

Your FXS adapter is set up as connect to Chan-SIP and you configured it in the Chan-SIP extensions. The problem is that you are using the PJ-SIP port to connect it to the PBX. Either connect it to the 5160 port, or change the extension type from Chan-SIP to PJ-SIP using the “Change this to a PJ-SIP extension” option in the Extension settings.
