I have a hosted pbx that certain extensions cant call each other anymore for instance 100 cant call 101 but 101 can call 100 tried just recreating the ext but the problem persists any new ext works fine.
I get a declined or service is unavailable when calling the affected ext. I also found that there is settings in the extention that i cant change anymore after applying config if i go back in to the settings it has reverted back following is a pastebin of such a call
