Internal call auto disconnect occasionally and redial prompts "all circuits are busy now"

Hi Team，

We appear another question as follows :

  1. At 9:09 AM , 5529 call to 150001 . This call was last 41:20 . And then disconnect without any prompt .
  2. After this issue appears , 150001 call to 5529 immediately , then the FreePBX prompts : all circuits are busy now .
    3.150001 tried 2 times , then everything was OK .
