Intermittent SIP connection

FreePBX Distro 2.11, Asterisk 11

We do have setup our own FreePBX system, configured extensions, Trunk, Inbound/Outbound. Everything is working fine, Outbound and inbound works as well as dialing extensions.

Earlier this morning, we have noticed that our extensions were having issue registering (Registration error: 408 - Request time out) but sometimes it work.

On the CLI, we have noticed that all extensions got disconnected or going on and off (reachable/unreachable). Please see below for the error lines on cli.

Note: Nothing was changed since the last time. All of a sudden, the issue arise. Please help.

Hi Guys,

Anyone who knows what could be the issue here?? Please advise.

Restarting the freepbx server didn’t help as well.

Thanks,

J

My guess (in no particular order)

A) The route between your box and xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
B) Your network is overloaded
C) You have been compromised
