Intercom with FreePBX

Hi. I’m a newbie here. I have installed FreePBX with Asterisk in a cloud instance. I only need to call within our network. No outside calls nor outside incoming calls are needed. I did try registering extension with softphone but did not help. Please anyone here to guide me any configuration guide will be helpful.

With only one extension, you can test by calling internal services. Examples: *60 to hear the time, *65 to hear your extension number, *43 for an echo test.

Does your softphone register ok? If not, what error does it show? What, if anything, appears in the Asterisk log when it attempts to register?

If it is registered, what happens when you try to call one of the above numbers?

Which softphone are you using?
