Intercom / Paging on Cisco SPA500 Series

I rebuilt my freePBX with the latest build and getting this issue with Paging.
I took a look at all my configs from my previous build and cannot figure out what I am missing. Here is an output when I dial *80EXT:

Sorry looks like I might have asked this question too soon.
I looked at the logs and see the SIP/99999.

Looking at an extension I created manually this was configured as SIP/EXT
I imported a list of Extensions and must have forgot to format this correctly.
