Install Using amportal Behind Proxy

I am using the wiki instructions for installing FreePBX 2.11 on Centos 6.3 and have made it to the Restart Asterisk and install FreePBX section. When I issue the amportal command:

amportal a ma installall

It looks to try and pull down the necessary files from a mirror (error pasted below). I am installing behind a proxy is there a way to specify the proxy for amportal? Have done this for wget and other configs, or to pull the needed files down and tell amportal where they are locally to get them installed?

If there is a way to install using the amportal command line option I would be willing to try that as well.

Was able to get the modules installed just had to do them manually after downloading and extracting them into the modules folder.
