Inound calls on IVR

Hi

I monitor my inbound calls after weekend. I see 1-2 calls land to IVR and end. these are long duration calls. like 15 mins, 45 mins. But i dont see any Desination.

It is my main number which lands to IVR. no more options.

Thanks
Amardeep

Without the log of the affected calls from /var/spool/asterisk/full* then no-one will be able to answer your question or provide any advice on what happened.

A snippet of the CDR and IVR config would be massive help too!

Hi

I dont see any logs in full . I have only CDR records.
