Incorrect work trunk in IVR

I have such a case - 4 months ago I created an IVR and with the number “3” I created a queue, for example, “255”. There was another outgoing route in this queue, for example “7 (495) XXX-XX-XX-XX”. I tried to insert a trunk instead of a queue, but the logic was broken. When you tried to make an IVR call and press the number 3 (there is a trunk on the number “3” at this time), the call ignored the set time frame for this number. How do I make a call to a trunk with a time frame via IVR?

If so, then you might try to modify the “Time Match Time Group” option of the Outbound Route associated with the remote destination pattern.

Also, instead of a Queue, you could consider the Find Me Follow Me option of an individual extension – either real or “pseudo” extension – that then dials out to the PSTN by appending # at the end of the number you wish to dial from the Follow-Me List.
