Incorrect contact IP in SIP Header


I am using FreePBX Distro 14.

I am running into an issue this morning where incoming calls are not working… I have a packet capture from my carrier showing that the 200OK they are receiving from us has the incorrect public IP in the contact field.

The correct public is set within General SIP Settings and Chan SIP Settings. I’ve rebooted the box, etc. and the contact IP is still incorrect.

Where else should I be looking?

What is the IP address is question? One of yours, or someone else? Tell us more.

  • Check your firewall and make sure it’s not rewriting the address.
  • Check your settings one more time, save a change, and apply the changes, then reboot.

Logs would help - post some of those and let us know.
