Incomming callers cannot dial extensions

I am using FreePBX 2.6.0.1

When callers call in by dialing my local did: 303-500-5802 they can navigate to whatever extension they choose just fine.

When callers call in by dialing my toll free #: 877-769-3667 the system does not recognize any extension they try. The recorded IVR just keeps blabbing.

I have contacted Teliax who is my SIP trunk provided and they have not been able to advise a fix.

My current SIP Trunk settings:

INCOMING:
disallow=all
allow=ulaw

insecure=invite,port

OUTGOING:
disallow=all
allow=ulaw

Does anyone know a fix that will allow the callers to navigate properly when dialing either number? Note, that if I change the “insecure” setting from “invite,port” to “very”, it allows navigation from the local did and now not the toll free.
