Incomming call disrupts checking voicemail

Have a system in a busy office, when a user is checking VM via the phone (eithe dialing into *98, *97 or using the vm button) if a new call comes in the user is disconnected from VM by the incoming call. Call Waiting enabled/disabled doesn’t have any effect.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Right now the user is putting the phone in DND and then checking all the VM’s and then taking it off DND. Not really optimal.

You would need to show a call debug of this happening. Incoming and outgoing calls aren’t related. So would have to see what is happening when an incoming call comes in while checking voicemail.
