Incoming calls only last 20 seconds

Since last update of the FREEPBX server, incoming calls only last approximately 20 seconds.

Help!!

They are actually lasting 30 seconds most likely. Its possible your firewall UDP timeout could be 20. Normally from my experience something is incorrect with NAT. Are these phones remote or is the PBX onsite? If they are local then make sure you have that network in SIP Settings added.
