Incoming calls not working

Hi,
Have a FreePBX 13 setup for testing and getting used to it.

Can make outbound calls without any issue.

Changed the inbound route for the DID on this PBX to go to system fax (666). Call shows up in cli but no fax tones are heard.

The cli output (core set verbose 10) only shows a few lines when the call comes in.

It does show 'no matching peer for the telephone number of caller from the ITSP IP address’

Any ideas?

Do you have anything entered for your CallerID Number under that Incoming Route you’re trying to use?

Turns out the ITSP gave wrong hostname for peer. Now its fine.
