Incoming calls not going to my extension

In desperate need of some help, i set up freePBX works great, set up some trunks, extensions etc. but i am not able to get incoming calls. if you look at my logs call gets to my system but instead of being forwarded to one of my extensions 3102 it gets dropped. here is the log file

Well do you have an inbound route set for 12392475844 with blank CID?

The log is fairly clear.

Sometimes I wonder if you guys even read the logs you post.
