Incoming calls no ringtone

I recently installed a fresh Asterisk now V3 version with Freepbx. All was working well, got everything configured. But now suddenly incoming callers dont hear a ringtone on their end anymore. THe phone is ringing on our side. It’s just quiet on their side, till it gets picked up.
Since i don’t call our own number every day i don’t know what/when i did something to cause this. Any suggestions on were to look?

Sounds like a nat issue to me, check your nat settings and or port settings. Do you have 2 way audio on the calls?

Yes, two-way adio works. Phonecalls work normally. The weird thing is that it used to work, and i didn’t change the router or anything.
