Incoming calls good on SIP but not Sangoma Talk?

Hi

I have a FreePBX 17 running fine since a while. I have an extension on it with Sangoma Talk activated.

Since a little while without any reasons as none modifications have been done on FreePBX, all incoming calls ring the SIP device linked with the extension but not the Sangoma Talk app. To be sure it’s not an issue with Sangoma Talk App, I have done the test with app opened at foreground but no ring at all.

I have already a ticket opened with Sangoma for the issue of Sangoma Talk App that disconnects when in background.

Any idea what to check ? I have already repaired the Sangoma Connect app with FreePBX but no changes.

Well the fix was that Sangoma added a lot of new servers to manage the Sangoma service and if they are not opened in the fw so FreePBX can reach them and Sangoma can reach my FreePBX it doesn’t work well of course. Boring as I got already the issue 1/2 years ago but list of servers got updated since in silence.
