Incoming calls does not join Queues

Hello,

I have the following problem:
I have Queue with 3 static agents. When all three agents are not available (paused or in call) and there is incoming call, the caller hears the announcement, then hears the music, but the call does not join the Queue and we can’t see it in the CDR report.

What could be the problem?

My settings for Capacity Option of the Queue are:
Max Callers - 0 (0 for unlimited)
Join Empty - Yes
Leave Empty - No
Penalty Members Limit - Honor Penalties
I’ve tried different settings, but without success.

To start, you need to switch these. You are letting people get into the queue and leaves them logged into the queue if all of your agents are logged out. That’s just evil.

Tp the specifics of your question - the log in /var/log/asterisk/full will tell you where the call is ending up.

I tried different settings, but without success. In the log I’m seeing the number, that dialed, but I can’t see the second number, that is ringing.

Now I’ve seen that the number, that is calling second is first in the log - 0898774035. The number, that dialed is 0894333204.
