Incoming Calls - Can't get the PBX to NOT ask for authorization

Thanks for the suggestion, I tried putting it in the USER DETAILS area for incoming calls so that it would append the ‘[incoming]’ section, and it still didn’t work.

Does it need to be any any particular order, or have I placed it in completely the wrong area possibly?

EDIT: or could it be conflicting with a variable I currently have in place?

Normally you don’t need to use USER Details at all.
Forget about the files, variables, etc. Remove all the changes you may manually made. Clean USER Details.
Put all the trunk settings into PEER Details and check how it will work.

If the problem persists - post your trunk configuration.
