Would you recommend that the asterisk calls our CRM’s API or
Would you recommend that the FreePBX calls our CRM’s API?
We plan to integrate our CRM even further with our Asterisk/FreePBX. Would you in general recommend to rather connect deeper into Asterisk or into FreePBX?
I do prefer not to user the commercial CRM module for FreePBX for a couple other reasons.
