Incoming call from VEGA FXO disconnected and no callerid

My customer uses freepbx and VEGA to make calls. when the call comings in freepbx, the xlite does not show the caller id(should be 1897350XXX), and when sip phone picks up the call, the call immediately disconnected. this 1897350XXX comes in VEGA, and does not pass to FreePBX.

Hi @james,

The call was disconnected from POTS side first so make sure you have selected the proper POTS settings like country , impedance, etc.

I set the tone definitions, but where can i set impedance?
I upload the tone file and reboot, it still does not work


You can found the impedance settings under POTS==>FXO port hardware profile.

If still you need any assistance then requesting you to submit the ticket on “vega config support” department to help you further .

By default , impedance is 600R, I change to 900R and others, it still can not work. I will submit a ticket.
