Hi,
We have this issue where if person A is on a call via headset, and person B answers another incoming call, person A’s phone drops the connection to their headset and must run back to their phone to hit the headset button again or pick up the handset. Any ideas on what the issue might be? Thanks in advance.

That’s exactly the answer.
In that post you ref. Tony mentioned about a report a year earlier, your firmware is from 2017… Why not update?
That is a great question and I am going to.
I really wanted to pin-point when the error was fix though I don’t know why as long as it was identified as an issue and fixed I guess that is all that matters.
