Inbound stopped working

Provisioned a new SIPStation trunk yesterday.

The log indicates that the calls are never making it to my PBX.

I have nexVortex trunks working perfectly on this server.

Inbound route is configured with 10 digit DID.

trixbox status indicates that the trunk is online and registered.

Outbound works fine.

I don’t believe the call is reaching the server as I am not receiving the ss-noservice message, I receive a different recorded message depending on the carrier I dial in on:
Verizon, “the number you have reached is not in service”.
ATT Cellular, “you have reached a non working number”,
Vonage, “your call cannot be completed as dialed”,
almost as if the call is never leaving the pstn POP.

Any thoughts?
