Inbound Rule per CLI wreaking havoc

I setup an inbound rule to route a specific CLI to a ring group.

When that person called a DID, the PBX treated each destination in the Ring Group as a DID and created multiple calls every millisecond.

In the CDR, the destinations in the group show as DIDs for some reason.
