Does anyone have a setup where-as they have inbound routes but not destination assigned. If you have this what is the reasoning? Also if you have this do you realize that there is no hangup application run by default so your inbound route with no destination actually ends up flowing into the next route that has a destination
I’ve had this, but it was because I deleted the destination out from under the system. It sucked finding the problem.
Same as Dave, only inadvertently, after deleting a destination. Depending on the use of the DID, it might not be resolved right away either. I was unaware of it flowing into the next route that has a destination, thanks for sharing that.
How can this happen? usually when I delete an extension and forget about the inbound route, I get a red notification…
