Inbound routes to analog

I have installed

  1.  Asterisk 1.4

  2.  Freepbx 2.6.0.0

I am using TDM800P card, I Have used 3 IP phone extensions, connected to freepbx, 2 analog phones connected in TDM800P FXS,

If I mentioned inbound routes to the IP extension in Freepbx its working, but if I not mentioned inbound routes the message “call cannot be completed”

My question is

               How can I get the inbound calls to the analog phones?

Are these analog phones plugged into the TDM800P?

I am thinking that you would treat each analog phone as a Trunk with Dial Rules and an Outbound Route with Dial Patterns.
