Inbound Routes Not Working

Hi all.

I’ve been struggling with this for some time. All information I can find seems to be quite conflicting and very confusing.
Please bear with me as I’m more comfortable with web design than phone systems.

I’m using (what was) the latest stable version - FreePBX 2.11.0.11.
Looking again I see it’s moved on a bit, I’ve been at it for a while between other things.

My phones are all Aastra (6755i and 6757i) and I have a Sangoma A101 card.

Outbound calls work, but inbound I get nothing, it doesn’t even ring on the phone I’m calling from. Below is the log snippet that relates to an attempted inbound call.

sig_pri.c: – Accepting call from ‘0xxxxxxxxxx’ to ‘085800’ on channel 0/1, span 1
pbx.c: – Executing [[email protected]:1] ResetCDR(“DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3”, “”) in new stack
pbx.c: – Executing [[email protected]:2] NoCDR(“DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3”, “”) in new stack
pbx.c: – Executing [[email protected]:3] Progress(“DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3”, “”) in new stack
pbx.c: – Executing [[email protected]:4] Wait(“DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3”, “1”) in new stack
pbx.c: – Executing [[email protected]:5] Progress(“DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3”, “”) in new stack
pbx.c: – Executing [[email protected]:6] Playback(“DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3”, “silence/1&cannot-complete-as-dialed&check-number-dial-again,noanswer”) in new stack
file.c: – <DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3> Playing ‘silence/1.alaw’ (language ‘en’)
file.c: – <DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3> Playing ‘cannot-complete-as-dialed.alaw’ (language ‘en’)
file.c: – <DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3> Playing ‘check-number-dial-again.alaw’ (language ‘en’)
pbx.c: – Executing [[email protected]:7] Wait(“DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3”, “1”) in new stack
pbx.c: – Executing [[email protected]:8] Congestion(“DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3”, “20”) in new stack
sig_pri.c: – Span 1: Channel 0/1 got hangup request, cause 31
pbx.c: == Spawn extension (from-internal, 085800, 8) exited non-zero on 'DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3’
pbx.c: – Executing [[email protected]:1] Hangup(“DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3”, “”) in new stack
pbx.c: == Spawn extension (from-internal, h, 1) exited non-zero on 'DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3’
chan_dahdi.c: – Hungup ‘DAHDI/i1/0xxxxxxxxxx-3’

My Inbound Route - anything I don’t specify is blank:

DID Number: 085800
Music on Hold: Default
Privacy Manager: No
Source: internal
Call Recording: Allow
Destination: Queue 2002

Queue 2002 is a basic queue with a single static agent (which is my test phone).
I also have an inbound route setup for any DID / any CID.

Can someone give me a nudge in the right direction here please?

If you want me to give more info from files or logs, you’ll have to let me know the full path to find it.

Thanks
Mandi

You are using the from-internal contest, use from-dahdi or from-pstn depending on your technology.

Thanks, and please excuse the ignorance, but where do I change this?

In the DAHDI-channels. Did you use the DAHDI module to set them up? I don’t know how setup-sangoma interacts with the DAHDI module because it sets the context correctly (unless you choose wrong).
