Inbound Routes - CID number prefix (add, cut)

Hello,

Is there any way to cut/add prefix to the inbound CID?

Let’s say, that the operator sends me the number in this format 0012345678, but I want to present this number on my phone as 012345678 (one 0 less on the prefix). Can I do this?
