Inbound Route with DID set to ANY

Is it correct that if the DID is set to ANY, an incoming call won’t match on Caller ID if there is also another inbound route where the DID is set and the CID inbound route is set to ANY ?

(This is my experience.)

So you are saying that you have two inbound routes

1 = Any/Any
2 = Any/CID

When CID calls, it does not go to route 2. Is it that what you are experiencing?

If so, then enable CID Priority Route on Route 2.
