Inbound route to a daily changing number?

Hi All

It’s been a while since I posted but am looking for a little advice - perhaps my UK terminology is resulting in poor search results.

We operate a 24 hour On Call system where we circulate a paper list to all that needs it a month in advance with a list of names and mobile telephone numbers. The On Call person changes at 9AM every day.

If my thinking is correct, I can use time conditions to change the route on a daily basis at 9AM - majority of the time everyone has the same date of the month as their On Call day - changes are maybe two or three a month or none.

Or is there a package available to manage this?
