Inbound Route - Pattern optimization advisiory request

Hi FreePBX-Community,

in Austria incoming calls to our FreePBX system will show up DID prefix number in 3 different ways:

  • +43
  • 0043
  • 0

In order NOT to have to maintain several rules in parallel for such three cases, we came up with a pattern like: _[+]._[0]._[0]._[43].123456789 where 123456789 is an example number.

Could you please provide a pattern which is more elegant than this one?
There seems not to exist a wildcard * otherwise one could just solve like:
*123456789
