Asterisk (Ver. 13.4.0):
FreePBX 12.0.72
Provider says is my PBX I say it’s their hand off of the DID to the trunk.
Single trunk with multiple DID’s and one being the 800 number the caller only gets air not even a ring (ie calling from my cell) though it does route via the IVR/Time Conditions to receptionist.
The inbound has exact settings as the Main local number which works flawless.
Any thoughts .
