I have a server that has been running fine for 6 months, then today it is routing all my incoming calls strange. When DID 2800 is dialed, the IVR used to pick up the call. Today, it started ringing that call at extension 2800 (operator phone). I tried changing extension 2800 to 2810 (to match the operator’s personal DID), and now when I call 2800 I get this message in the CLI:
– Extension ‘2800’ in context ‘default’ from ‘415xxxxxxx’ does not exist. Rejecting call on channel 0/2, span 1
This DID should ring at the IVR, not look for extension 2800. What happened here?
