Inbound Fax - Is there a way to set the name of the PDF file that is attached?

Question on Inbound Faxes.
Getting the PDF’s sent to email and it is working. But the file name is coming in as “1698134829.223.pdf” - I understand that is a timestamp. Is there a way to have it name this something useful ? “DATE_FromPhoneNumber.pdf” ? or “FromPhoneNumber_DATE.pdf”
Any Options ? We are now using both FreePBX ver 16 and ver 17

Various google searches say I should be able to adjust the file name, But I cant find the option, or if it moved between version, or if it is something else.
