Inbound CNAM Not working

Folks,
We are having an issue that the CNAM is not showing up and the provider(vitelity) is a 100% that they are sending the CNAM to our server. We are using the Freepbx Distro with Asterisk 11.9.0, FreePBX 2.11.0.37 with Grandstream GXP2160 phones.

Here is the call logs from the provider showing that they are sending the CNAM but the phones still not showing the numbers:

Anything that i need to check on my end on asterisk or FreePBX??

MODERATOR EDIT: Stripped out sensitive data

Check and alter the SendRPID and TrustRPID settings in the extensions module for the extensions of the affected phones.

If it’s not that, I suspect an issue with the phones themselves…
