Inbound calls on Cisco 7960, 7960G and 7961 phones

I am running the FreePBX 2.10.


I have Cisco 7960, 7960G and 7961G’s that are experiencing the same issue. The phones are running SIP Firmware. I have configured the Extension of the phone on just 2 buttons. If a call comes into the extension VIA a ring group and the user beings to transfer the call, if a 2nd call comes into the ring group, the 2nd call takes focus from the first. All the soft keys on the phone disappear and the user has to select the original line they where working with in order to transfer or blind transfer the call.

Is there a way to set the focus on the active line only and not bring focus to the ringing line?
