Inbound Calls not working - sonetel and iptel.org

Greetings everyone.

I can´t get to make the inbound calls work on my system.
I´m using a sonetel DID and it forwards the calls to iptel.

I created a trunk to iptel and a inbound route.

Everytime i call only get the message that the number is not available.

Here i leave my conf on the trunk.
