Inbound calls dropping after 30 secs

System running rock solid for nine month then 5 days ago inbound calls are dropped after about 30 seconds. Just updated system and all modules and still the same problem. Any ideas ? Thanks

Simple answer is this is a NAT issue. Probably Settings>Asterisk Sip Settings> External IP

Check that first. If that is ok post a call trace with sip debug enabled.

Resolved, thanks for help, I discovered that the freepbx was using our back up ADSL connection rather than our main cable and the ADSL is not a fixed IP adddress
