Inbound callers get dropped when we perform a transfer or hold

Inbound callers cannot hear us after we place them on hold and then take them off hold, and sometimes this also happens when transferring them. Also,inbound callers get dropped when we perform a transfer. The problem cannot be reproduced regularly, and rebooting our devices has not solved it.

My guess is the ones that drop take more than 30 seconds to complete.
I read one of the phone makers has a firmware bug.

Well, For now I tried to bring back my PBX to my old instance with lower RAM. And so far the issue hasn’t occur yet. I’m sure I replicated the configurations of my old PBX to my higher RAM PBX. Still figuring out why is it happening, because I upgraded my RAM for higher handling of calls and this issue makes this upgrade useless.
