Inbound Call Transfer to Outbound failed

I am using FreePBX 15.0.24 version.
I am unable to transfer inbound call from PTP Trunk to outbound number. call drop and outbound failed.
can you please help me how to fix call transfer issue.

Sharing a call trace via pastebin as noted in the link above may help. Note that by default, outbound calls use the caller ID number of the original caller and its not unusual for the provider to block the call for that reason.
