Inbound call to RingGroup fail to answer

Incoming call to DID on SIP trunk routed to Time Condition - Ring Group with timeout - Queue. 4 Phones in ring group/queue ring and when station picks up it does not register the pickup, rather continues to ring in receiver handset, while the other phones ring and is answered normally.

Why listed as a ZULU context?
Why extension number have 90 in front?
This sample call event list was attempted to be answered at X-1153 but was subsequently answered at X-1155.

This does not happen on all calls but many throughout the day… The call answer fail happens at all 4 ring group phones.
