Inbound call routing

I have a Callcentric SIP trunk that I use for both inbound and outbound calls. In the last few days, when trying to call-in to my number I get “the number you have dialed is out of service, please check the number and try again.” The number is supposed to hit an IVR message giving the caller options to go to a specific extension. I (think) I have ruled out an issue with the IVR or announcement because I can change the inbound routing to anything else and it does the same thing. What else can I look at? And by the way, I also have a second SIP trunk through a free service that is inbound only and that one is doing the same thing no matter what I do.
